Gordon Heil

Gordon Heil has over a decade of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies in mission-critical technology and process modernization initiatives. He is currently serving as an Account Executive at Appian Corporation, supporting the Combatant Commands (COCOMs) and 4th Estate.

Prior to joining Appian, Gordon spent four years at Red Hat, where he supported DoD and civilian customers, driving significant advancements in digital transformation for the federal government. Before his tenure at Red Hat, Gordon worked at Deloitte for six years. His work improved mission readiness, optimized resource management, and enhanced decision-making frameworks for military stakeholders. Gordon earned his degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
