

Mitch Frazier

Bio & Background
Mitch Frazier serves as President of IBJ Media, the locally-owned publisher of Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside INdiana Business and The Indiana Lawyer.
A longtime leader in Indiana, Mitch has held roles spanning agriculture, technology and government. Prior to IBJ Media, he served as CEO of AgriNovus, a nonprofit dedicated to growing Indiana’s agtech economy. He also served as the first non-family CEO of regional John Deere retailer Reynolds Farm Equipment where he led the 250-person company to recognition as one of North America’s top-performing dealers.
In technology, Mitch held leadership roles at software company ExactTarget, where he founded the company’s investor relations program and integrated marketing, strategy and communications to support its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange and its $2.5 billion acquisition by Salesforce.
Mitch began his career in public service leading media relations for Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels’ economic development team and serving in key U.S. Army Civilian roles, including senior public affairs officer in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina and spokesperson for reconstruction in Iraq. He also served five years on active duty in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant.
An Indiana native and father of two, Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA from Upper Iowa University.
